Melissa Gianoulous is a 20-year-old medical student whose life is dominated by solving the murder of her friend, Alton Dawson. Alton was stabbed in 2020 and the killer was never brought to justice.


She is English who defines herself as straight. She is currently at college. studying medicine. She is obsessed with running and creating playlists.


Physically, Melissa is in pretty good shape. She is short with pale skin, golden hair and green eyes. She has a tattoo of a silhouetted hill runner on her upper back.


She grew up in an upper class neighborhood. Having never really known her parents, she was raised in a series of foster homes.


She is currently in a relationship with Guy Toby Haynes. Guy is the same age as her and works as a scientist.

Melissa's best friend is a medical student called Loren Houghton. They have a very firey friendship. She also hangs around with a medical student called Jay Mcleod. They enjoy charity work together.
